Plant Manager
The Plant Manager is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities at a site near Olive Branch, MS.
This position will provide a high level of leadership for the employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development.
Responsible for Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Inventory/Warehouse, Safety, Scheduling, and Shipping & Receiving.
Position reports to the VP of Operations.
Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred 10
years in mfg, 5
years in leadership LSS training and practical application Has added/built a second shift ERP implementation Has led a team of at least 150 US Citizen or green card holder Compensation $125-147k base, 20% bonus, and great benefits! Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Customer Service Engineering Leadership Maintenance Profitable Growth Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
