Responsibilities Lawn Care and Maintenance Perform fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
Install and repair appliances and equipment Other jobs include but not limited to roof repair/leaks and floor repair Conduct maintenance work orders as they come in Refurb Homes Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations Report to a facilities or manager for issues Skills Experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to operate lawn mowers and weed eaters Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity Job Type:
