Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to generate new business opportunities.
This role will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business relationships through cold calling, networking, and email marketing.
The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for the collection of accounts and account management.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Develop a sales pipeline by securing new business through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media Call and email prospective customers to obtain current information and set up appointments to show the Company products and services Present products and services using appropriate PPC strategies Conduct quality research to find new products and services Maintain records of all sales, product information, and company data in CRM or CRM
Follow up with clients to ensure excellent customer service Respond promptly to client requests via email or phone Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Prior inside sales experience preferred but not required Must have excellent communication skills (phone and email) with a proven track record in written communication.
Must be able to make outbound calls.
Email is also required.
Must have a positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work with others in a team environment.
Must be willing to learn new skills including Google Suite, Salesforce, Zoom, etc.
