Check emails throughout the day, respond as appropriate in a timely & professional manner (this includes customer service emails & various other emails) Enter orders in Shopify that come in throughout the day (this may include customer set up, shipping charges, etc) Google Docs experience needed for various tasks QuickBooks experience needed for billing Excel experience needed for various spreadsheets Respond on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc) Set up new accounts in various platforms (Shopify, Quickbooks, Excel sheets, etc) Various tasks that come up throughout the day, this could include various errands etc.
